Crime Prevention Model - Law No. 20,393, updated by Law No. 21,595.

New Tech Copper SpA, in its commitment to always act under the highest ethical standards and ensure due compliance with current regulations, in accordance with the principles and values of our Company, has developed a Crime Prevention Policy as a support and management tool for its activities. The purpose of this Policy is to:

1. Identify the activities or processes that pose the greatest risk.
2. Establish protocols, rules, and procedures that allow for the prevention of crimes related to the activities indicated.

3. Identify procedures for the administration and auditing of financial resources that allow for the prevention and detection of their use in fines other than those provided for.

4. Establish methods for the effective implementation of policies and measures, and their constant updating.

5. Establish sufficient and expeditious communication channels to anticipate risk situations or take appropriate corrective and restorative measures.

To achieve these objectives, our Company's Board of Directors has appointed attorneys Fabiola Villarroel Faba and Rodrigo Urzúa Martínez as the company's Crime Prevention Officers. 1. A Crime Prevention Officer, who ensures proper compliance with the Crime Prevention Model.

2. An Ethics Committee, whose members seek to promote our company's values and support the NTC Crime Prevention Model Officer in compliance with the MPD and, in particular, the Code of Ethics. Contact email: comité.etica@ntc.cl.

Next, describe the situation of which you have become aware and, if possible, attach all the background information related to the denounced fact and that you consider relevant.

All Complaints will be treated confidentially, with the highest security standards. The only recipient of these complaints is the Crime Prevention Officer.
