Commitment to Inclusion and Diversity
NTC aligns with our clients' Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) objectives, promoting a cultural shift toward a more inclusive team, where diversity of ideas and thought prevails. At the gender level, we have increased female participation from 3% to 10%, with women in leadership and supervisory roles. In addition, we signed a commitment with AMSA to achieve a 25% female workforce by 2026.


Regional integration and development
At NTC, we are committed to local development through strong relationships with regional suppliers and professionals. We operate primarily in the 2nd region, maintaining close ties with the communities of Calama and Antofagasta.
We work with more than 150 suppliers in the regions, 40 of which are strategic partners in the supply of key inputs and services for our contracts. Furthermore, more than 80% of our team is made up of professionals who reside in the regions where we operate, contributing to the growth and strengthening of the local economy.
Our commitment is to continue fostering opportunities for regional suppliers and talent, promoting a positive and sustainable impact in every community where we operate.
